Bug: Repetitive unordered country codes while setting Guardian Angel

Description

Description: When attempting to set the Guardian Angel, the pop-up to add a phone number displays repetitive country codes that are not in any specific order. This makes it difficult to find a particular code. Additionally, there should be an option to type the country code instead of searching through a long drop-down menu. Refer to the attached screenshot for a visual reference.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to the Guardian Angel setting.
2. Toggle the setting on to add a phone number.
3. Observe the country code drop-down menu.

Expected Result: The country codes should be unique, ordered, and there should be an option to type the code.

Actual Result: The country codes are repetitive and unordered, lacking an option to type the code.
