TinyFPGA BX Differential input

Hi. Thanks for your excellent work.
Im new in the FPGA world and I am trying to play with some differential signals. What I want to do is get a single ended output on the pin 22 from the differential IO 3A input.
In the "Using Differential I/O(LVDS, Sub-LVDS) in iCE40 LP/HX Devices" I found some hints but I don't know how to make it work with icestudio.
This is what I have

The package_pin can't receive 2 inputs and I don't know how to give the input to D_IN_0.
