Tooling Report Checklist

Expected

Game lockfiles are getting pretty big. https://github.com/JoshuaKGoldberg/ChooseYourFramework/blob/0a18b19632b5f321e990748ce8ddb9b5588e005f/yarn.lock is over 7,000 lines. Let's run yarn-deduplicate on package setup to help trim that down.
