Not able to add/create dynamic secrets

trying to create, use dynamic secret in the docker-compose version.

To Reproduce

tried following https://infisical.com/docs/documentation/platform/dynamic-secrets/redis
Not getting any such option to create dynamic secret.

Hello @akhilmhdh ,

I am using self-hosted version of Infiscal. In one of the images shared https://mintlify.s3.us-west-1.amazonaws.com/infisical/images/platform/dynamic-secrets/add-dynamic-secret-button.png we can see "Add Dynamic Secret" button is there. Now I am unable to find it in the self-hosted version.

This is my first time using Infiscal after recommending 10's of developers to use-it, I am trying to use it for the first time.

I understand it maybe paid feature in infiscal cloud, but what about the self hosted version ?
