I was wondering if you stopped working on your Trump Tracker. The reason I ask is that it does not appear like you have updated the tags for completion lately. If we are going to validate the premise of your project, should the results not reflect the truth?

President Trump's 100th day was 4/29/2017. There is an additional issue of separation of powers. Legislation must go through Congress. The Executive Branch executes the Laws as they are written, and has the majority of Administrative employees in the respective Departments under the Executive Branch. The Judicial Branch tests both Legislative and Executive actions in comparison to the U. S. Constitution. Second, we must respect each of these branches, and return the spectrum of legislation and control to the original balance as provided for in Article I section 8, and the 10th Amendment. Lastly, the Congress has been on vacation for a more then average amount of time last month. I believe after you look through this list, you will find, at minimum, substantial performance on this contract President Trump made with the American Voters. As I do have a vested interest in this performance, I do track these issues myself, and would like for you to continue on in updating your Trump Tracker, as I know that many other things beyond the items on the first 100-day list have in fact been completed also.

With those items in mind, I wish to request the following updates:

  1. First 100 Days: Propose a Constitutional Amendment to impose term limits on all members of Congress

Completed 01/11/2017.

  1. First 100 Days: Institute a hiring freeze on all federal employees to reduce federal workforce through attrition

Completed 1/23/2017.

Achievements, through existing mechanisms:

Compare, President Trump to Obama.

President Trump:

President Obama:

  1. First 100 Days: A 5-year ban on White House and Congressional officials becoming lobbyists after they leave government service

Completed for Executive Branch 1/28/2017.

Congressional Officials process has begun 3/2/2017.

  1. First 100 Days: A complete ban on foreign lobbyists raising money for American elections.

Process has begun 3/2/2017.

  1. First 100 Days: I will direct my Secretary of the Treasury to label China a currency manipulator.

Completed 1/1/2017.

We either want China’s help with North Korea or we don’t. President Trump did not plan on the North Korean government creating such issues, yet the U. S. Treasury did a study published 4/14/2017, to see what was actually going on:

And China, after President Trump's Candidacy Warnings, is doing there best to straighten out their issues. Here is an article dated 1/1/2017 from the NY Times to understand how they attempting to fix their internal issues:

  1. First 100 Days: I will direct the Secretary of Commerce and U.S. Trade Representative to identify all foreign trading abuses that unfairly impact American workers

Completed, study, dated 4/27/2017:

Here is the Executive Order dated 4/29/2017, designed to fix any found abuses:

  1. First 100 Days: I will lift the restrictions on the production of $50 trillion dollars' worth of job-producing American energy reserves, including shale, oil, natural gas and clean coal.

Completed.

Begun 1/30/2017:

Completed by 3/27/2017:

  1. First 100 Days: Cancel billions in payments to U.N. climate change programs and use the money to fix America's water and environmental infrastructure

In Progress, begun 1/24/2017:

Flint Michigan lead pipe infrastructure issue was Federally Funded 3/27/2017, yes, under an Obama program, but we are still in Obama’s fiscal year section, so… If it was an issue before President Trump became President, why didn’t President Obama address the issue if he had the hold over funds?

  1. First 100 Days: Cancel every unconstitutional executive action, memorandum and order issued by President Obama

In progress with substantial results.

Regulatory Freeze instituted 1/20/2017:

Repealed all midnight regulations except one, which was disapproved by Congress:

This is an ongoing process. Have you ever see a set of the Code of Federal Regulations books?

  1. First 100 Days: Cancel all federal funding to Sanctuary Cities

Completed: 1/25/2017:

  1. First 100 Days: Cancel visas to foreign countries that won't take [criminal illegal immigrants] back

  1. First 100 Days: Middle Class Tax Relief And Simplification Act

In Progress:

In all fairness, this needs an "In Progress" designation. All tax legislation must original from the House of Representatives, according to Article I, Section 7 of the U. S. Constitution. The Tax Code, Title 26 U.S.C. has not been updated since 1986. There are billions of dollars in ObamaCare, many of which as passed on to the middle class in more ways than one.

Day 1, 1/20/2017, President Trump signed an Executive order relieving the Middle Class of the Burdensome Taxes imposed by ObamaCare, including the $695 penalty for not having medical insurance. See section 2 of the below linked Executive Order.

Additionally, a Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2017 (last Obama Quarter) was passed:

In reality, I do not believe President Obama ever passed a budget, nor do I think Congress knows how to draft one, at this point, and this may be an issue with corruption, so see Item #29, below.

Taxes, theoretically, are needed to cover a budget short fall, and to pay any payments due, based on past owed debts, so President Trump has reduced the debt owed by $ 98,217,832,897.62, as of today, so I'd say that is some relief for tax payers.

Also by the Executive Order listed above, the IRS Form 1040, line 61 was made no longer mandatory, thus simplifying the tax filing process.

  1. First 100 Days: End The Offshoring Act

In Progress:

Again, all taxing changes must come from the House of Representatives, according to Article 1, Section 7, but, there is this, dated 4/8/2017:

  1. First 100 Days: American Energy & Infrastructure Act

In Progress.

Presidential directive via Executive Order dated 1/24/2017:

Energy:

Again, as Infrastructure is a spending bill, the U. S. House of Representatives in responsible for producing the legislation:

Legislation Introduced 3/2/2017, Became Law 5/12/2017:

Link: https://www.congress.gov/bill/115th-congress/house-bill/244?

and more on the way in the next few weeks.

  1. First 100 Days: School Choice And Education Opportunity Act

In Progress.

Executive Order 4/26/2017:

Legislation:

Additionally, this may be an issue of altering current regulations, as opposed to creating new legislation, so this may be monitored in the Federal Register under a rules issue.

  1. First 100 Days: Repeal and Replace Obamacare Act

In Progress.

Executive Order signed 1/20/2017:

Some legislation has passed the House (introduced in the House 3/20/2017):

See also Item #29 Corruption, below.

Awaiting Congressional Legislation.

Elder Care:

Veterans, including Elders, became law 4/19/2017:

  1. First 100 Days: End Illegal Immigration Act

Executive Order (V.002) Immigration pause, signed 3/6/2017:

Court Hearings, 4th Circuit:

9th Circuit:

  1. First 100 Days: Restoring Community Safety Act

Completed.

Executive Order dated 2/9/2017:

Legislation:

Weather Issues, passed 4/18/2017:

Domestic Violence, introduced 3/23/2017:

Achievements, through existing mechanisms:

Money and drugs seized at the border:

Additionally, in the U. S., a massive Child porn site, which had 100K users has been broken up, with 350 U.S. arrests, 25 producers, 51 abusers, 55 children ID'd or rescued, 548 international arrests, and 296 children ID'd or rescued, and arrests still ongoing.

  1. First 100 Days: Restoring National Security Act

In Progress, with substantial progress made.

Here is the Secure Fence Act of 2006. A vote count and ID is also at this link:

Here is another bill working its way through the Congress:

Achievements, through existing mechanisms:

Money and drugs seized at the border:

  1. First 100 Days: Clean up Corruption in Washington Act

In Progress:

Completed for Executive Branch 1/28/2017.

One thing we learned this election cycle, and particularly by the Rand Paul chase through the halls of Congress to find the HealthCare legislation (Link: https://youtu.be/HzJqxEMb0bA), is that unbeknownst to us, Congress is not writing the laws. This is why Nancy Pelosi stated in the ObamaCare process, "We have to pass the Bill before we can know what is it." This issue is now being corrected:

  1. Culture: If I become president, we're all going to be saying 'Merry Christmas' again.

This is a psychological issue, but:

Religious Freedom Executive Order, signed 5/1/2017:

If solution is effective, you will see the results in December.

  1. Culture: Never take a vacation while serving as president.

You might want to investigate the history of the Mar-a-Largo Property. Marjorie Merriweather Post (think cereal) along with her husband E.F. Hutton built Mar-a-Lago in the 1920’s and envisioned it as the Winter White House for American presidents to conduct meetings with foreign dignitaries. She died in 1973 and bequeathed the estate to the United States Government for that purpose. No President ever used it as such, and it fell into disrepair, so in 1980 it was returned to Post's estate. Donald Trump, now President Trump, purchased Mar-a-Lago from the Post's estate in 1985, restored it, and thus fulfilled to dreams of Ms. Post, posthumously.

As you can see by this above mentioned volume of work product, President Trump is not a man of leisure.

I have written you this email, because I find your Trump Tracker to be a useful tool. If you desire to keep the tool useful, then please update it.

Thank you in advance for you time and attention.
