Table Filter ignores mapped values in panel overrides

Problem Description

When applying value mappings using panel overrides in the Business Table Panel, the table filter seems to ignore the mapped values and instead uses the original ones.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Configure a table using the volkovlabs-table-panel @ 1.9.0 in Grafana v11.4.0.
2. Set up panel overrides to map specific values (e.g., rename or replace original values).
3. Try to filter the mapped values in the table.

Expected Behavior

The table filter should shows the mapped values defined in the panel overrides.

Observed Behavior

The table filter still shows the original values instead of the mapped ones.
