Hello,

I have noticed an bug in ns_waitreg module, when i connect with an already registered nickname without making identify and changing the nick to an other and the uses /ns register command the services does not block me from register.

example:

/nick westor
/server myserver
-NickServ- This nickname is registered. Please choose a different nickname, or identify via /msg NickServ identify .
-NickServ- You have 30 seconds to identify to your nickname before it is changed.
/nick test
/ns register test-password [email protected]
-NickServ- test is now registered to [email protected], with the password test-password.
