From what I see currently, there is no way to configure whether a reply from the DNSBL will cause a ban or not, meaning any reply that the module receives, gets banned, including 2 (Sample) on dronebl, and 150-155, 250-255 on DNSBL.im
To make it backwards compatible, if no replies are set, ban every reply, but if replies are set, ban on only the listed replies.
