allow to specify the https cipher and TLS protocol

Is it possible to allow changing the HTTPS cipher and TLS protocol in https options?
This is particularly important for corporate applications, where weak ciphers and TLS protocols are strictly prohibited. The weak cipher list changes every year according to the new PCI standards, so we want to be able to modify it based on needs.
