Bitbucket project - no documentation update since first version

Bug Description
I extended ddoc documentation many times, but documentation still '2020-11-03T06:37:03Z', although bitbucket contains fresh version of it.

How to reproduce?
Make package on bitbucket with some documentation, then change it. Package will updates, but documentation not.

Expected Behavior
Package updates with appropriate documentation.

A bunch of things have changed since this issue was opened.

Most importantly:
dpldocs has had a “Clear Cache” button for a while.

As dpldocs is an external service I’m not sure how much can be done about this. The registry could theoretically trigger a cache clear on dpldocs, but I’m not sure whether that would be really worth it, since the issue on hand should be only relevant with branches not tags.
