[Feature request] change title of cmd window on Windows #73

change title of cmd window on Windows to something like “”StartExplorer for [project-name]“”

It is actually exectuing title StartExplorer for [project-name] within cmd

F:\Workspaces\08-passflow\03-code>title /?
Sets the window title for the command prompt window.

TITLE [string]

  string       Specifies the title for the command prompt window.
