Ubuntu deb package

Because many servers have very limited resources, for example, my server only has 1 core and 2GB of memory, and it is also running other services. Compiling on the server is very slow, and due to the fact that many libraries on the server have been 'minimal', it cannot compile successfully.
Ubuntu is probably the most used Linux distribution, could you provide a deb package?
