[Feature] Show custom fields from XMP sidecar in UI and make searchable

I have searched the existing feature requests to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

Feature request:

1. Import custom metadata fields written into in XMP sidecars (ideally separate fields; as minimum append as a well formatted list to the Description field)
2. Make the fields visible in the UI (info button)
3. Allow the fields to be searchable.

4937 does not cover number 1 (importing xmp metadata).

It also does not mention number 2 (showing xmp metadata), or number 3 (searching xmp metada

As such I don't think this should be closed. From a requirement persepctive 4937 is not complete. Add a comment there will just get lost in a sea of comments.
