Expected Behavior:

Users should be able to upload and set a custom favicon and icon directly from the configuration settings in the Admin panel.

Acceptance Criteria:

1. Add an option in the Settings > General section for uploading favicon and icon files.

3. The system should validate file size and format before saving.
4. Changes should reflect immediately on all pages after saving.
