Feature Request

Title
Display Revenue Earned/Lost by Each Salesperson per Month

Description
Currently, the system does not provide a way to view the total revenue earned or lost by each salesperson, broken down by month. This feature would offer a clear and detailed view of individual sales performance on a monthly basis, enabling an in-depth analysis of their contributions to the company’s revenue.

Benefits

  • Provides precise visibility into the revenue generated or lost by each salesperson.
  • Improves decision-making by highlighting individual performance trends.
  • Facilitates the identification of strengths and areas for improvement within the sales team.
  • Increases transparency and fosters a results-oriented culture.

Suggested Implementation

  1. Add a new section or table in the CRM analytics dashboard to display the revenue earned/lost per salesperson.

  2. Calculate revenue using transaction data, categorizing amounts by salesperson and month.

  3. Display two distinct columns:

  • Revenue Earned (successfully closed transactions).
  • Revenue Lost (unconverted or canceled opportunities).
  1. Enable filtering by period (month, quarter, year) and by salesperson.
  2. Use graphical visualizations (bars or lines) for better readability.
