Issue Description

In the Trash Mail section, the Move to Inbox action is currently presented as a drop-down. However, a drop-down is unnecessary if there's only one option. If the drop-down is retained, it should include a Move to Draft option for consistency and improved functionality.

Preconditions

1. Admin must be logged in.
2. The Trash Mail section should contain emails to test the mass actions.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Log in to the Admin Panel.
2. Navigate to Mails > Trash Mail.
3. Use the mass select option and observe the Move to Inbox drop-down.

Expected Result

1. If there is only one option (e.g., Move to Inbox), the drop-down should be replaced with a simple button.
2. If the drop-down is retained, it should include a Move to Draft option to enhance functionality.

Actual Result

1. The Move to Inbox action is presented as a drop-down with only one option.
2. The Move to Draft option is missing.
