Trigger a webhook when lead stage is updated

Hi, guys! How are you? It is possible to setup a webhook to be triggered when the lead stage is changed?

For exemple: when the lead stage is updated from NEW to FOLLOW-UP, trigger a webhook with this information (included the previous stage and current stage).

It is possible to do this? I tried, but I couldn't do it. If it is not possible, can you add this event on Workflows options (like in the image below - print screen from Concord CRM)?
