minikup kubelet and apiserver status are stoped

What Happened?

I am using minikube serve with my Ubuntu 22.04 and the driver I chossed for my minikube server is docker now after starting the server
minikube status

apiserver: Stopped
kubeconfig: Configured
The apiserver and kubelet is stope.
I stoped and start the server multiple time but it's not made any changes.

Attach the log file
