Mermaid double newline issue

I've been playing with Livebook to create interactive documentation for one of our applications, and it is awesome. Mermaid is a useful addition to create interactive graphs.

When rendering flowcharts with Mermaid I am running into an issue where a <br/> inserted into text doubles into two <br/> tags. Same behavior is seen when using \n instead.

Issue

Text disappears out of the visible node render space when using <br/> tags and htmlLabels is set to true (default).
I'm using the follow example graph code (which renders as expected here on Github):

Loading

Inspecting the code generated by Livebook, there are two adjacent <br/> tags between "foo" and "bar" instead of the expected one tag. See screenshot below. This pushes further text out of view.

Question

Is this a Mermaid issue or a Livebook specific issue? Should I report this?

I've double checked, and it works as intended.
