Easier way to trigger the formatter

Hello! I've been enjoying working with livebook so far, however I'm looking for a way to make formatting the Elixir code in cells a bit easier and quicker.

The shortcut set for this (⌥+⇧+f) is pretty awkward for me, I use vscode too but I've customized it there to some other combination.
Because of this, I used to just use the Monaco context menu (right click) to format code in livebook, but now with the switch to CodeMirror this is gone and it has become a bit tricky for me to format the code cells which I like to do a lot.

I would like to suggest either:

• Allowing for the formatter hotkey (or hotkeys in general) to be customized
  or
• Adding a 'format code' button above the cell or on hover within the code editor

I'd be happy to contribute towards either of those, any thoughts on whether this would be desired?

Thank you for the issue. We need to discuss this internally but keep in mind apps like Karabiner allow you to define key maps for the whole OS: https://karabiner-elements.pqrs.org/
