Specific Maelstrom Program?
cargo-maelstrom

Bug Description
When running cargo-maelstrom, there were a lot of uploads and possibly artifacts being created. The bottom part of the "running tests" window was replaced with these status bars.

How to Reproduce
Make sure your window is short enough and that you have to upload a lot of artifacts.

Expected Behavior
The running tests window should scale appropriately, or the uploads and other statuses should show a "more" status indicator.
