Add favorites to opening screen off of when opened from notification area

Description of the new feature / enhancement

When I click on the PowerToys icon in the system notification area it brings up a screen of Shortcuts. I would like to propose that these Shortcuts be configurable by marking some of the utilities as favorites.

For instance, 49 times out of 50 that I open PowerToys I am using the "Awake" feature. I would like to be able to access it without going through an intermediate menu to choose it.

Alternatively (additionally?) a few favorites could be added to the right-click menu.

Scenario when this would be used?

I use "Awake" all the time when I am doing public speaking or making presentations. When I do this I have set my computer up in tablet mode so it is not super-easy to navigate without a mouse/trackball. It would be nice to just click on the icon and turn on Awake very quickly.

Supporting information

Few people use all the PowerToys. Most of the time people download them because they heard about 1 or 2 of them that would really contribute to their workflow. Why not make it easy to get to what people use?
