Description of the new feature / enhancement

I would like to customize the quick access menu to add or remove items that I commonly use.

Scenario when this would be used?

This would allow me to be able to access the powertoy tools that I use with a right-click of my mouse.

Not customizable so there are no work-arounds.

Hi! We've identified this issue as a duplicate of another one that already exists on this Issue Tracker. This specific instance is being closed in favor of tracking the concern over on the referenced thread. Thanks for your report!
