FancyZones Editor

Steps to reproduce

(from Feedback Hub)

The fancyzones editor can only be used when my display scaling is set to 100%. When set to 150%, the zones are also zoomed.
work around: If I set the display scaling to 100%, use the editor, select that editor to use for that monitor, then set it back to 150%, then the zones are correct, even though the editor would display them wrong.
