Steps to reproduce

With New+ enabled on Windows 10, ctrl+shift+n no longer creates a new folder. Instead opens the New+ template folder "AppData\Local\Microsoft\PowerToys\NewPlus\Templates".

✔️ Expected Behavior

Shortcut "Ctrl+Shift+n" should create a new folder as that is the default Windows 10 setting.

❌ Actual Behavior

Opens the New+ template folder "AppData\Local\Microsoft\PowerToys\NewPlus\Templates".
