Description of the new feature / enhancement

I noticed that Copilot and PowerToys Run both have the same keyboard shortcut, Alt + Space, and so it makes sense to add Copilot as a plugin so that for example anything you type after '.' keyword becomes a copilot prompt, this way both can be used with the same hotkey

Scenario when this would be used?

If the user enables the option to use Alt + Space hotkey for Copilot, then it will override PowerToys Run, so this would enable both to be used
