Steps to reproduce
It doesn't happen all the time, and I don't understand what might trigger it. I have two Edge windows and several hundred tabs open. In Powertoys, everything is disabled except Color.
Even if DCOM doesn't stick to 100% load, when I open the Task Manager with Edge and Powertoys running, I see a load spike from this service.
The sticking itself is strange because the CPU does not increase the frequency or heat up. But it shows a 100% load, and the results in benchmarks drop 10 times.
