@silvio-e I think it would be good to do if possible and performant, so we have a consistent approach to portable text with the rest of the sanity vue ecosystem.

I imagine using this would make maintaining the docs a bit easier too, since that can just simply be linked to the @portabletext/vue repo's readme.

With the current implementation, I was having trouble understanding how to render a custom mark (link) and had to piece together solutions from various issues to make it work.

There also seems to be some confusion around which serializer is used for Nuxt + Sanity.
