Describe the feature would like to see added to OpenZFS

Add support for preserving BRT cloned block references and space savings when using zfs send/recv.

How will this feature improve OpenZFS?

The recent addition in 2.2.x supporting block cloning is a fantastic improvement! But the lack of support for preserving the cloned blocks without consuming massive amounts of additional space in send/recv makes BRT cloning problematic or even unusable for many backup and replication scenarios.
