disable filter for specific user in collection list view

Just wondering is there a way to disable filter for based on current user?

I'm exploring use Payload CMS for a SaaS app. However the filter can bypass field access and leak information about other users in the system.

For example， the tenant field is with field level access

  access: {
    read: ({ req: { user } }: { req: { user: TenantUser } }) => {
      if (!user) return false
      return user.role !== 'client'
    },
    update: ({ req: { user } }: { req: { user: TenantUser } }) => {
      if (!user) return false
      return user.role !== 'client'
    },
  },

but still every user can get some information by playing with filters
