In variable subscriptions with synced and non-synced variations, ECE button still appears when switched to a synced variation. In PRB the button disappears on switch.

Steps to reproduce

• Create a variable subscription product with 2 variations (Blue and Red) and a sign up free.
• Make the Blue variation synchronized (i.e on 22nd day)
• Disable feature flag.
• As a shopper go to the product page.
• Notice that, when you select Red from the variation dropdown, the PRB button is present and when you select Blue from the variation dropdown, the PRB button disappears.
• Enable ECE feature flag.
• Notice that the ECE button is displayed for both variations.
