Azure IoT DevKit demo - Improved and Expanded

Expands the Getting Started demo by adding a few new features:

A 'screen' CloudToDevice method that sets the OLED screen contents
Add the 'Shake' DeviceToCloud message when the device is shaken/shook/shookened
Add Pressure (baro) data to the telemetry messages
