From what I understand, this conference seems to be focused on IT security. This repository was created for conferences where the main focus is front-end (CSS, HTML, JS), so I'm not sure it's a good match. |

You are right, the conference is focusing on it security. But parts of it can be very usefull for Web devlopers as you can see here https://it-security-summit.de/it-security-summit-programm/ and also here https://it-security-summit.de/track-web-und-api-security. |
