New+ breaks "make new folder" in explorer via Button or STRG+Shift+F

Steps to reproduce

When New+ is acivated the option to make a new Folder in an explorer Window is opening the template folder, which i gave new+, instead of making a new folder. this happens if i click the button in the upper left or use the shortcut STRG+Shift+F. Right-Click Contextmenu > New > Folder still works properly.
