[openvino] Add reminder for feature gpu when onednn was installed

Fix openvino:x64-windows build failure on Pipelines - Run 20250117.1.

openvino[gpu] use the third party https://github.com/oneapi-src/oneDNN, it uses the old header files as its source from onednn. These files have version differences with the latest onednn. If onednn is installed via vcpkg, openvino[gpu] fails to install because it includes header files from the onednn installation in vcpkg, leading to the related errors mentioned above.

Fix this issue by the following changes:

1. Remove feature gpu from default features.
2. Add reminder for feature gpu.

• Changes comply with the maintainer guide.
• SHA512s are updated for each updated download.
• The "supports" clause reflects platforms that may be fixed by this new version.
• Any fixed CI baseline entries are removed from that file.
• Any patches that are no longer applied are deleted from the port's directory.
• The version database is fixed by rerunning ./vcpkg x-add-version --all and committing the result.
• Only one version is added to each modified port's versions file.
